I wanted to love this bag, but it’s just OK. I love the unstructured design. But the leather has disappointed me. It looks buttery and rich in the photos, but in person it’s sort of papery, and shiny, like I see on cheaper leathers. It feels coated, which it is, as I can see the coating wearing off on the bottom. From my understanding, that’s a sign of a cheaper leather. I waxed it, but that didn’t help much. The thinness is also a problem—I knew it would be thin, butt the coating is wearing off on the bottom of the bag, and my bag has two small holes in it already :(
I love the color and the spacious size. But after one light day of use the tan bag has multiple black scuff marks on it where it makes contact with my shoulder when carrying it. The marks do not wipe off. The delivery was also very slow — the bag arrived 1 month after ordering it.
The name maxi says it all, it’s LARGE. I have brought it to several outings and grocery shopping, it’s lightweight and the wide straps make it comfortable to wear for a long while. Some people even complimented on how big and soft the maxi tote bag is!
It’s hand-stitched so I think this is why there are some flaws in the stitching but that doesn’t bother me much.
Here’s my little suggestion to include the well-designed logo to the bag, it looks cool ngl.
Overall, it’s a great bag and I am absolutely happy with my purchase. Just in case you are wondering which size to go with, always go for the MAXI ‘cause we got so much to carry in life, cheers!

I was a little worried that the medium would be too small and the maxi tote too large. In the end I wentbwith the maxi tote and it is absolutely perfect. It's so light and soft but I can also see that it is very sturdy and I am looking forward to having it by my side for years to come. The packaging was delightful, the leather balm is also a very thoughtful addition. Customer service was quick, thorough and easy to deal with. I received my order sooner than anticipated and I am delighted with it!
