What's your return policy?
If for any reason the item you purchased from us didn't work out, you may return or exchange your item in original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
Only items returned in original condition can be exchanged or refunded.
Customers are responsible for any incurred shipping costs (unless item arrived damaged, defective or it was sent in error).
All returns must be approved beforehand. Please email us at hello@lindenisenough.com to request return and further instructions.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders (i.e.embossing). Embossing is done by hand using traditional machines, making each item unique.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund, if applicable, will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time will depend on your method of payment and your bank’s policies.
Does Linden Is Enough have a physical store?
Nope. We're digital natives and online is enough. For now...
How do I use my Linden Is Enough homemade beeswax cream?
We recommend re-applying the beeswax cream every 3-6 months or after being exposed to water. Follow the steps bellow:
1) Make sure the leather is bone dry before using the cream.
2) Gently work a thin coat into the leather and seams using a soft, clean, and dry cloth.
3)Wipe off excess and buff to a shine with dry flannel cloth or horsehair brush.
How often you should condition depends on usage and climate, so make sure to pay attention to for example any brittleness or dryness developing.
How to best care for my leather bag?
Our top tip definitely would be to make good use of the Linden Is Enough leather beeswax cream that came as a gift with your order. It’s completely natural and homemade and will work wonders on your leather, whether it’s a cow hide bag such as our duffles or messengers, or soft lamb leather as seen on our totes and smaller bags.
Is my bag water resistant?
The short answer is: no.
We apply a thin layer of our homemade beeswax cream to each and every item which will to an extent weather proof your bag. Nonetheless, leather and water are not great friends and you should avoid getting your bag wet.
We work exclusively with vegetable tanned leather, which means you have an incredibly authentic and top quality bag. However, without that thick layer of finishing (or plastic) that you will find on more mass produced items your leather is more raw and exposed to your environment, so do take good care.
Should I keep my bag out of sunlight?
Leather is ultimately skin. Thus, just like your own, when vegetable tanned and kept natural and authentic, leather will tan and age in the sunlight. If you're happy with speeding the natural variations and patina that the sun will cause, no problem, but if you'd like to keep your bag its original color for longer, avoid direct sunlight.
Also, remember how the sun dries out your skin? Well, it will have the same effect on leather. Keep an eye on your bag and if you notice it's a bit dry or brittle, you can condition it with a thin layer of our beeswax cream.
How should I style my bag?
Anyway you'd like! Our items are timeless and meant to outlast trends. We design minimal so that you can style your bag with nearly anything. Moreover, we believe in fashion as a form of self expression, so break the mold and have fun. Wear your bag with anything or nothing at all for all we care - Linden Is Enough!

The bag is lovely and of unmistakable quality, but a lot bigger than i expected and not quite as flexible as I needed. Luckily it fit my partner extremely well instead and he is pleased with it so, just be sure to check how large 15 inches is before you purchase!
International shipping was very quick. I’m really happy with the bag too. The quality and finish are great. Often I find the straps on tote bags too short, but these are just right, and stay on my shoulder without falling off while I’m carrying the bag. Its first use was on a long-haul flight and it had loads of space for my book, headphones, passport, wallet, small knitting project, and all the other bits you need on a long flight. Five stars!
The bag is great: perfect size for a full day of activites, super comfortable, looks (and smells) expensive and durable. The long strap has plenty of room for fitting any kind of body, something that is usually lacking in other bags.
Small warning if you are buying from EU - be prepared for paying around 80€ in customs.
I don't think love is a good enough word to describe how I feel about this bag. The smell, the touch, the simplicity of the design, I could go on and on. Let’s just say within an hour of receiving it, I ordered it in three more colors! 🙊
The name maxi says it all, it’s LARGE. I have brought it to several outings and grocery shopping, it’s lightweight and the wide straps make it comfortable to wear for a long while. Some people even complimented on how big and soft the maxi tote bag is!
It’s hand-stitched so I think this is why there are some flaws in the stitching but that doesn’t bother me much.
Here’s my little suggestion to include the well-designed logo to the bag, it looks cool ngl.
Overall, it’s a great bag and I am absolutely happy with my purchase. Just in case you are wondering which size to go with, always go for the MAXI ‘cause we got so much to carry in life, cheers!
This bag is so soft and cute i can't believe it, im in love with it, the color makes me happy <3 . The stitches look and feel super strong.

I am going to make one small adjustment, namely make a hole on the inside with an iron ring to hang my keys on.
I couldn’t be happier with this bag. It feels so good to the touch. Truly good leather. Softer and thinner than their chest/belt magnetic I also have. There are useful internal pockets that aren’t visible in the photos. The magnetic closure mechanism could perhaps be stronger but works fine enough to keep things secure given the roll top. Searched a long time and compared a lot of rolltop leather backpacks before I bought this one and I feel great about my choice.
I was looking at this bag for months before I finally pulled the trigger and all I can say is that I now want more bags in other colors. Dani was excellent to work with and the shipping experience was great. The bag is as pictured. One reviewed mentioned that it wasn't as white-white as they were expecting but I disagree and think the color is exactly as pictured. If I had one wish, it'd be for internal pockets. The slip pocket on the exterior is huge but it'd be nice to have some internal organization too.
